I phone screened with an HR representative after applying online. I had an onsite interview at the Nashville location soon after. The interview was one of the better ones I've had, as it didn't consist only of canned questions and responses, it was more centered around situational questions and exploring if my skills would be a good fit for the position. I interviewed with a gentleman on site as well as another who was on the phone simultaneously, and both asked relevant questions and explained what they were looking to accomplish by filling this role. I thought the interview went well, but ultimately I wasn't offered the position. I feel the process was well done and they likely found someone who fit their needs more than I would have, as they seem be looking for not only a good fit skills wise but someone who also fits into the culture they've built. Good company to deal with, and I hope to get another interview opportunity when another position is available.
