Online Assessment first after submitting CV. Then invited to an in person interview where had 1 hour case study interview then 1 hour behavioural interview where they asked a lot of tell me about a time questions

Entretien
This is a graduate program. The interview is informative, interesting and engaging. It contains behavioural questions, relevant knowledge, a case study and a presentation. Most candidates are competitive, usually have very similar intern experience, or have worked at Barclays before.

What matrics in financial statements can evaluate a company's profitability?
Graduate program. The pace was fast. In addition to the classic 3 why questions, it was also very competency-based. The timing and focus of the presentation need to be strictly controlled.
