12 strength-based questions, 15 seconds to think, 2 mins to record. what are the three things on the global agenda? how would they affect Barclays? if a client requests you to do sth that you consider as unethical, what would you do? if you failed an important deadline, how would you feel? what would you do? how do you ensure that you learn quickly when you encounter new situations?
First, I had to do a test with 24 behavioral questions and calculations (5 days to complete).
Then, I had to answer questions in a hirevue. I had 2 minutes to answer the questions (5 days to complete)

There was 2 parts to the process a verbal reasoning test which was split into 2 parts and then straight away an interview therefore I don’t think the application is reviewed before this.
