Easy, smooth and timely. HR was very helpful throughout the process.
The process may vary slightly depending on the role and location, but the emphasis is generally on competency, cultural fit, and alignment with Barclays' values.
Painfully slow, bad communication, unreliable and unexplained demands for experience in niche areas, ads for roles continue to run even after they are filled. Jobs re-advertised and HR not proactive.
