30 min video interview, 12 questions. Had 30 seconds to think about each question before answering. Answers had to be 30 sec - 2 min long. This was mainly skills based, asking what I would do in various situations. e.g. How would you feel if you had to put the shared interests of your team above your own? Have you had to do this recently? Went ok, although looking up the Barclays corporate values will help a lot as the questions seem to be looking for evidence of these competencies. I have not heard back from them yet.

First stage: Online assessments. Pretty self explanatory, simple maths and cognitive tests. Second stage: Solo video answering questions. These questions are behavorial questions in style. They also have a mix of personality questions that are multiple choice. Third stage: Virtual assessment centre. Two interviews with a mix of behavorial and "technical" questions. The technical questions are not very technical, They asked a general question and I related it to my personal projects.
