2 Technical round are taken followed by 1 values round and HR round for selection. The technical round is to discuss various problems on system design and language problems Questions like below are asked:
Tell me about yourself: Briefly introduce your background, skills, and relevant experiences.
What are your strengths?: Highlight your key strengths and how they align with the role.
Why Barclays?: Explain why you’re interested in working
Painfully slow, bad communication, unreliable and unexplained demands for experience in niche areas, ads for roles continue to run even after they are filled. Jobs re-advertised and HR not proactive.
