As we entered the third year, we became aware of internship opportunities through our college. we learned about Barclays. I read interview experiences on GFG and started preparing for DSA from platforms like GFG and HackerRank. It was mentioned that in the technical round, questions were based on DSA OOPS, SQL programming. After that, 11 girls were selected for the interview round. In the interview round, the HR asked detailed questions from my resume, inquiring about my role in every activity I had mentioned. The object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts I had practiced in the lab were very helpful in this interview. The interview lasted for 45 minutes. On the same day, we received the result.
Verdict: selected.
The interview experience was professional and engaging, with a structured yet conversational flow. It felt slightly intense at times, but also thought-provoking and insightful. The questions challenged me to think clearly and communicate my ideas confidently. Overall, it was a valuable and motivating experience that pushed me outside my comfort zone while helping me reflect on my strengths and areas for growth.

Entretien
The first round in the process is a 15 minute telephone interview with an associate. After that usually an in-office assessment center would take place with many other interview rounds ranging from analyst to partner.
5 rounds, technical interview (brainteaser, discussion about academic projects and previous internship, coding in python, algorithmics, complexity, questions in math, stats and proba, optimization) but also fit interviews (ambition, why markets, why tradingetc.)
