Several interviews meant taking time off contract work. 1 phone interview, one written test (extensive covering all FE stuff) and one face to face including verbal programming questions. The written test was many pages long (because we all write code using a pen and paper so it makes total sense a test) and had to be done in person. It covered CSS/LESS/Javascript/Angular and HTML as you would expect. Face to face interview with two senior members of the team. All were very professional and made me feel like they wanted me to join and the gap between testing and offer was very short. Gap between acceptance and starting work was huge. Expect to be able to remember what month you sat your GCSEs and the exact date of start and finish of every work role you've ever had.
