I was approached by a consultant. Following my shortlist, I had a telephonic round with the AVP and the Director. I received a call the next day informing that I was through and was invited to their office for a one to one. I had an interview with the traders I would be working with , followed by a round with the Director. Then, I had a final round with the head of Barclay's Global Markets - Mumbai They let me know the interview results on the same day and made a verbal offer. However I declined since it was below my expectation.
