Relaxed chat with two potential colleagues over Teams. Both were WFH and one was a touch late. Interesting free flowing chat which only stalled when the formal HR-type questions were asked. Later feedback from their HR team was very constructive but I did have to chase them up a number of times. Once I'd done this the team did take the time to have a real conversation with me.
