I heard from a recruiter who called me after I submitted an application online, we talked briefly and she asked me to come in for 3 interviews the next week. I met with the head of the department, the individual who would be my direct manager, and another person who worked with the department. After those interviews they asked me to stay and talk with one other person. It turned out to be the analyst whose job I would be taking over. Everyone just asked me to walk them through my resume and asked a couple of more specific questions. There were no technical questions at all, and everyone was very pleasant and nice.
