I applied for a job as a technology summer analyst at a society national conference. I interviewed at the conference. There were two 15 minute interviews, one behavioral, one technical. After this there were a few 5-10 minute phone calls before I was extended an offer. The phone calls asked why I want to work with Barclays and why I think I would be a good fit.
Asked Technicals for 30 mins straight then a few behaviorals scattered in their as well. Got reffered by an associate then got the first round it was honestly a pleasant experience

It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

Entretien
I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
