Was recruited through an agency called MONTRAN. First took the uptitude test which has over 600 candidates. The minimum pass was 60%. Qualified for the exam so was invited for the interview where the panel asked a lot of questions about what the employer does and the position I had applied for. Was successful for the interview. Was then called about three days later to complete the process for employment
