Competency based questions and then a task to review some info and present your response. This role description had been very vague however I found out that it is a call centre job. I did well at the interview but didn’t actually want to work in a call centre so it wasn’t the right fit for me in the end. I would always recommend asking what a usual day is like for the position so you have more of an idea about what the job involves day to day and without the jargon that you can find in the job description.

They had my CV in front of them so we’re using it to go through and help with heir questions at the end of the interview. I would make sure you’ve looked through the CV you submitted and make sure you’re familiar with it and able to say if there have been any changes since you applied.
