I found the online interview very supportive and fairly straight forward if you have prepared properly. It was also very short, however I struggled to talk for the whole alloted 3 minutes. Overall they make you feel comfortable.

Attended a Campus Insight Day. From there was asked to have a competency based telephone interview. The questions were fairly standard about why Barclays, why this division but some of the competencies were asked in an unusual way. Next there was an Assessment Centre with another interview and a Case Study that you had been given several days before.
