Very friendly process- interviewers make you feel very comfortable.
Interview process is quite thorough so I would advise to make sure you are fully prepared.
There was a large focus on the future of barclays- e.g. future expansion plans etc

I heard about someone got the offer which can not speak English fluently and his background is definitely not relevant. 2 Rounds online test and then got the the final round stage which had 2 interviews.
