Telephone Interview: Competency based questions - why you, why trading etc. Also asked me a question about my morals and ethics. All pretty easy.
Assessment Centre: Consisted of a trading game which was a card version of the online game 'pressure trade.'
Desk specific interviews which were at times, quite technical. Asked about equity swaps, and my opinions on the financial crisis.

Why did RBS in particular, suffer during the financial crisis?
Asked Technicals for 30 mins straight then a few behaviorals scattered in their as well. Got reffered by an associate then got the first round it was honestly a pleasant experience

It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
