I recently applied for automation testing profile in pune
An to my suprise there were no question related to automation testing asked to me interviewe.. person was not instrested also to listen my brief overview of cv
He had his 4 java programs writen and he wantoutput of it weather it will run or not and asked one postfix prefix type equation and told to write java program
Nothing related to selenium framework oops concepts testing scenerios or such
They asked only theory question which were supposed to asked to fresher and never used in practical work

2 Technical rounds and one HR Round.
1st round is more technical and second round is like more on managerial and some part on technical level. In 2nd round questions are more on work challenges and process oriented.

Entretien
Every Round of my interview went well. Still I got rejected.
Round 1: Technical- I cleared
Round 2: Manager - Asked mostly behavioral questions. I answered each. He appreciated each answer. At the end he was impressed.
I came out of the room.
After 2 Hours of waiting they said that I am not selected.
Still trying to figure out the reason for my rejection after impressing the manager with my answers. Technical Round went great too.
Clearly the interview process DEFIED ALL LOGIC!
