J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Barclays (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2009
Entretien
I visited the company's presentation and applied online. After an initial phone interview with an HR I was invited to the assessment center in London. It lasted for 2 days and comprised of a written calculus test, a trading game and two or three one-on-one interviews. There was an organized social dinner as well.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The trading game was the most stressful part for me. We were in groups of three and the groups were trading with each other. I don't remember the rules now.
I think the game was introduced by HR to assess how candidates work within groups under pressure. It seemed contrived and artificial to me.

I interviewed with global head of rates strat. The interview went on-site.
The hiring manager was nice but apparently he did not have a clear idea on what candidate/profiles he was after.
The interview contained multiple questions about my resume but nothing in depth

4 interviews, 1 coding, 2 maths, 1 general. Maths included typical quant stuff, calculus, linear algebra, stats, probability, then some financial maths concepts I hadn't covered before, like derivations etc.
