Entretien
The employees that interviewed me were extremely polite and asked relevant questions. They assured me it was okay if I didn't know the answer to something and I knew it wasn't a test to see if I would receive an offer or not. They eased me into the interview and it was more of a conversation, not a rapid fire questioning session.

Resume details, leadership experience, explain a conflict/challenge you faced, why Barclays. One technical question, was asked about which three lines I would look at in a financial statement and why.
Asked Technicals for 30 mins straight then a few behaviorals scattered in their as well. Got reffered by an associate then got the first round it was honestly a pleasant experience

It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

Entretien
I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
