I applied online, passed an online numerical test and then invited to an interview. I have received a Competency Framework with the assessed skills . The interviewer followed the framework and asked practical examples to prove those skills. I have been rejected, although the interview was quite well, but what really disappointed me is the fact that I didn't receive any feedback although I asked for it and I have been assured I will receive it.

Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.

My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
