It was an online interview through the HireVue software. I was asked 5 questions where I had 2 minutes to prepare and 3 to answer each question. Questions were mostly about previous situations where I've shown important soft skills, such as leadership.

Apply online, some open questions asking about why barclays and why this division for about 300 words maximum - video interview based on behavioral questions and recent news. It is generally okay, but you may feel a little bit awkward to do the video interview as there is little interaction.

Online application followed by online interview. Was fairly simple compared to other places, interview consisted of verbal and written responses. They didn’t take long to get back with an outcome either.
