A lot of pre screening and networking. First round all technicals - simple questions just make sure delivery perfect. Then superday if you get past that round. Mostly behavioural fit and calls are heavily screened before release first round.

I spoke to many analysts and had my first round interview very early in December. I was not as prepared as I wish I was but the interview questions themselves were not very difficult.

case study + 3 interviews one of which review of case study. Interview heavily ehavourial, techncials were easy, case study nailed and still no offer. Bad interview with senior, he really din't like me + mistake on technical there. Heavily fit interviews, understandable.
