The hiring process consisted of several steps. First, there was an initial HR screening focusing on motivation, background, and basic understanding of the role. Then I completed a technical interview with an analyst, which included valuation questions (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps), accounting concepts, and a few market-related questions. The final stage was a more behavioral interview with an associate, centered around teamwork, past experiences, and ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and fairly straightforward.

It was straight forward, but the system often broke down during the test, which made it quite difficult to complete in time. Overall a bit more challenging than other competitors in the same segment.
