Got a phone call where we went over my resume, once the woman felt I was up for the task i was invited to an orientation/group interview. at this event we went over the first two days of class material that you would be teaching. she sped through all the materials so very quickly, if i had of gotten the job I couldn't imagine remembering everything we did. no real question questions but we did practice the model stance and a few turns and played a few acting games.there is a dress code, dont wear anything too long or too high. I wasn't very well informed on what i should have worn and when i got to the even the interviewer commented that my dress was too long so she couldn't tell if i was doing anything right.

It's a 2 day group training of the entire course you will be teaching and you are walked through step by step. After Day 1 you will be assessed and invited (or not) to return for Day 2.

Saw the ad on Craig's List and applied. A week later, received a phone call to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, was invited to a teacher training in two weeks.
The first day of the teacher training is unpaid. If you're asked to return the next day, it is paid. There was only a small group of us, and all of us were offered the position and invited to come in the next day.
The trainer was very professional and excellent. She was very helpful and seemed to genuinely want us to succeed. The trainer was the same person who did the phone interview.
The training/interview was fantastic. It was actually a bit hard in some areas, but that's not a bad thing. At least it prepared us for what to expect in the classroom. I thoroughly enjoyed the hiring and interview process. I will be writing a review on the job at the right time.
