The recruiter failed to call me at our scheduled pre-screen interview time. When I reached out by email, he told me he missed our call because he had been out sick - ok, it’s common courtesy to notify an applicant ahead of time that you won’t make your scheduled interview, but I was willing to reschedule for another time. This recruiter then no-showed two more scheduled calls with no acknowledgment or apology. When he asked to reschedule the interview a third time, I informed him I was no longer interested in a position with Banner Health. If you want to be competitive with hiring nurses in this labor market, the bare minimum you could do is treat your applicant’s time with respect.

Entretien
Fairly simple, met with the associate directors of the unit and answered the printed-out interview questions about the core values of the hospital. Then talked about the unit, scheduling, and then they answered my questions. Around a 30-minute interview process.

I came from a different state, so I filled out the application online, and was contacted by a recruiter for the first interview. I moved on to the next stage, and had a video interview with the managers of the department. They asked the basic STAR questions.

It was very long and highly confusing. There were way too many people involved in the process and it took forever to get the interview scheduled. They are a little crazy.
