I applied on the Banner Health website. They contacted me by phone. A phone interview was set up. Then an on-site interview was set up. The on-site interview consisted of multiple panel interviews. All the panels had set questions they asked, mostly about my past experiences. There were no questions that made me have to think other than what experience have I had that fits this question. All the panels seemed to ask the same questions. A nice lunch was provided.
