The interview process was respectable and more casual than I had expected. I appreciated the interaction with the physician and recruiting team. The recruiting team was good about getting back with me on questions or concerns.

Multiple virtual interviews, I have gone through four interviews, with the fourth one being the last interview. The first was the recruiter, the second two were for directors and operational managers, and the fourth as last was with the physician.
