The recruiter emailed me 3 weeks after application. In the phone screening we discussed:
About the position
Confirmed my qualifications
Gave preferred hospitals and units
The recruiter then decided to move me forward to an interview which was scheduled the following week

phone interview with HR that you could schedule
fiveish questions(?): one asked strengths and weaknesses
they gave me options on positions based on the location you gave them, i picked the one that i’ve heard of but if you’re adamant on a specific unit you could ask to keep waiting(?) (that’s what i’ve heard from fellow orientee)

Entretien
Submitted my application online. Scheduled a phone interview over email a couple days later. Completed interview over the phone (took about 45 minutes), offer letter sent the same day. Interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions.

The interview process took a week or so. I applied online, got an email 3 days later to schedule for a phone interview. Interviewed and got an offer right after. The recruiter was super nice.
