First was a phone screen with the recruiter, once that was completed the recruiter set up an in person meeting with the supervisor a week later. This in person interview was 100% behavior-based questions. The hiring manager was friendly and honest about the position. I was able to meet the team that was currently working and understand what it would be like to work there.
