Entretien
The process is different for every team and facility. The recruiters horribly screen candidates via a new personality questtionaire rating system which if you do not score above the 65 threshold score you will be immediately rejected unless you have the qualifications they are seriously desperate for; then they can get a waiver for you. The majority of recruiters are terrible and are basically glorified appointment setters.
