Had five interviews, absolutely ridiculous!!! It was intimidating, I was laughed at during interview, had nurses with much less experience by years questioning my abilities, knowledge, capabilities, problem solving and critical thinking abilities.......and shockingly this was allowed by upper management, as the norm!!! No feedback given just drilled like I was applying for the Army or the DOD. It was absurd, waste of time and it appeared the staff enjoyed it at Banner Thunderbird.

Round table interview with scenario questions. Nothing too intense, but they liked a lot of detail. Engaged multiple levels of staff in process. Not much more to say but this esquires 30 words do I’ll keep tying.
