J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Banner Health (Gilbert, AZ) en août 2015
Entretien
Two interviewers with pre set questions. Questions were situational based and not experience based. They did not ask for a resume or about previous work experience. I received and offer three days later and accepted. The whole process took about a week and I had orientation two weeks after I accepted the offer.

Completed a questionnaire online, then got an email a day after from a recruiter to set up a day and time for a phone interview. It took about 20 minutes, she asked me about my interest in Banner and briefly went over the position. She then set up a day and time for an in person interview. It was supposed to be a panel interview, however it ended up being just one of the RN managers. She was very nice and made the interview go smoothly and made me feel very comfortable. The interview took an hour, I was asked 6 questions all of which were behavioral based. I was told I’d get a call from my recruiter in a couple days on the status of my application. Received a call 3 days later and was told Banner was not going to extend an offer due to the days I told them I needed off for a vacation that was planned months ago. Another recruiter ended up calling me and I have another interview set for a CNA position at another Banner location.

First had a phone interview (screening) the person went into detail about the position that I was applying for and at the end asked me for questions. Once I got a call back later that week I had two in person interviews. They were quick to respond!
