Ist stage: Interview with the head of engineering. This went well and they tell you about the company and whats expected of the role. 2nd Stage: Techical discussion with team leads. This was parculiar as during the interview they seemed happy with teh answers I provided but then afterwards I got no feedback and was declined to proceed further in the interview process. Feedback at the very least should be given for the time spent.
