Interview process was smooth and friendly. Interview with was with a couple people and lasts about an hour. Interviewers where friendly and asked lots of questions. They also make sure you had your questions answered.

I met with the Regional Executive of Community Banking for my first interview, and with the Banking Center Manager of North Hills for my second. They were both very professional and made me feel very comfortable. The biggest reason I decided to accept the offer from Bank OZK over other jobs that had offered me was that I felt a real genuine connection with the people who interviewed me. We share a common vision for how we want to build the culture of our branch and how we want to work.
