Very good recruiting automation. Was sent time appropriate messages. Was then invited to take a ridiculous 1 hour video screening and I blew it off as I try not to make a habit of working for free. Was solicited by recruiter so figured I'd take a shot. Over an hour long for this Orwellian video 1 way only to get a form reject the next day. Gross waste of time.
