Interview process involved a series of three interviews. The first with the recruiter, a second with the Hiring Manager and a member of their team and a third and final interview with other team members. After the second interview I was asked to complete an assignment, which consisted of completing what would be considered developing an entire proposal for a campaign being pitched to a client. You will be given a template of how the proposal should be laid out, and minimum amount information on the actual brief. Expect to put in at least 2 days worth of work (lt felt like I was actually completing someone's work). The three interviews were each 30 minutes in length. The second two had multiple team members, not much time for any thorough evaluation of a candidate in my opinion. Following the final interview, it took almost 3 weeks to hear back and only after I followed up. There was no feedback provided from the interviews nor the lengthy assignment / someones actual job task.

Great process! Very thorough. They have explained everything to me step my step as I made it through numerous interviews. They are taking their time to assess and I appreciated that.
