3 stages, a psychometric assessment which consisted of numerical and verbal tests, then a online video interview with someone in a senior position in the role which was very casual and a great experience. Interview was more like a chat which makes you feel very at ease and not stressful at all. Finally an in person interview in the office where it is very similar to the video interview. This final stage is also very good as it was casual and you do not feel pressured. Asked about education and background, some examples of exhibiting certain skills or dealing with certain tasks such as “give an example where you suggested a change for the better”, “ give an example of working in a group to achieve a goal and how you succeeded”. Overall really good process seems like a great company, extremely friendly and down to earth!
