The employer ask how many years you would want to work with us, then when you answer it and it's not as they expected to be ,the employer won't ask any negotiation with you the employer just like okay then understandable then they leave the meeting without any smile or greeting or something, worst interview experience i have ever encounter, definitely wont recommend this company to my talented colleagues as long the hiring process still crap.
