My experience with Bali Staff Solutions was disappointing. The interview process initially went well, but after the interview I did not receive any update regarding the outcome. I followed up after seven days to check on the status of my application, but unfortunately my message was never acknowledged or replied to. I understand that recruitment teams can be busy and that not all candidates will be selected. However, a brief response or update would demonstrate professionalism and respect for candidates' time and effort. I hope the company can improve its communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
