Normal one to one interview with the to be line manager. Pretty standard and nothing out of ordinary. I guess it depends on one's experience and how desperate they are with the position. HR personnel might also be in attendance. No test prior to the interview.
Will be different for fresh graduates.

Entretien
The interview process was designed to be as easy and straightforward as possible. I was invited for an online in-person interview, where I had the opportunity to meet with the hiring manager and senior quantity surveyor. The interview questions were focused on my skills, experience, and qualifications for the position.
