I first met with two young talented employees who seemed very smart and capable and asked very relevant questions. My second interview was with the CEO who seemed a bit unprepared to speak with me. It became clear that he had not reviewed my credentials or met with his team members who I'd spoken to previously, prior to the interview. All-in-all, I felt like we just didn't jive well but I do feel like this would be a good place to work for someone who has experience at smaller agencies, whereas my experience is largely on bigger brands with bigger budgets.
