The process involved three rounds - Video Interviews with the team that this role was going to support. Then there was a Phone interview with the hiring manager that was very detailed review of resume and situational questions. And finally I was invited for an in-person visit to the plant with the hiring manager where we walked the processes and discussed metrics, issues and priorities. I accepted the role. But I had to decline later due to some delays in my GC process
