Entretien
First online interview with Finance Director of 1hour. Business as usual interview process to go through experience and Cv. Second face to face interview at the Plant in Shannon after 3 weeks not hearing from them. Very similar interview with HR director. Be ready for HR questions like tell me time where you had issues with your colleague or manager and how did you handle it. The second interview was 4weeks ago and I haven't heard from them yet after a gentle reminder. Quite frustrating to not knowing the status of my application after 2months of interview process.

Entretien
I applied online to an opening in March 2022. I received a call back from a recruiter the following week asking a few generic questions and was advised that they would get back to me once they had interview availability from the hiring manager. I followed up early the next week and was promised to receive an update as soon as one was available. A few days later I was completely blindsided by an automated rejection email. Some feedback would have been nice. Negative experience but I will admit that I only had contact with one person, so I am not sure if it is representative of the organization itself or just the single employee.
