It’s a 2 day experience in Houston where they invite multiple candidates (recent college grads). They start at 6 am and ends at 9-10pm. You get to your their facility, learn about the company and the second they a panel interview.

If at the end of your workday, you get a request by your supervisor about an important documentation or report from you for an early morning presentation he has. What would be your approach and how would you handle it?
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.

It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.

Online Interview, Applied online, no referral. Only got the online self recording. Feels discriminating as you Never hear feedback after interview.it had 5 questions and for each question you had set time to read the questions and answer questions in set time.
