Interview is scheduled after hireview interview and if you are selected then you may give one HR and then offer. The first round is resume shortlisting, your panel is according to your domain
It was through video call and you could not re record if you messed up. It was not much to work off of since the job description did not give much information. It took about a month to know that I did not get an offer.
