Pleasant, informal chat with the hiring manager. The general feel of the interview was good and I came out of it genuinely interested and excited at the opportunity to work here.
Where it became negative was post-interview experience. The "senior recruitment specialist" didn't respond at all despite asking several times. I waited what I thought was a reasonable time frame to ask for an update (at least a week) until after about 3 weeks where I began to ask more frequently. I gave the recruiter the benefit of the doubt as it was over the Christmas period although no response.
Overall, felt it was unprofessional for a company to take the time to hold interviews and not get back to their candidates. In my 10+ years of experience in the industry, this is the only time a company's recruitment team didn't even confirm the interview was unsuccessful.
