I reached out a few times, but never heard back. It is ok to move on if you don't think the person is a fit but communication is key.
Phone interview first and followed by a physical one. Physical one went the typical way - introduction of yourself and standard questions on experiences, skills, scenario based/situational questions and expectations/career plans with HR and hiring manager.

Primo colloquio online videoregistrato su Sova Assessment, quindi non in diretta. Due domande su me stesso registrate in due tentativi massimo per ciascuna domanda. Due minuti per ciascuna domanda, possibilità di riprovare solo una volta.
Incontro diviso in due momenti: prima con HR, conoscitivo ma dettagliato e impegnativo; poi con il Manager di riferimento, tecnico, orientato al ruolo, alle attività e alle aspettative del team.
