Firstly I answered basic questions, and uploaded a CV and cover letter. Then I got invited to complete an assessment which was situational and behavioural questions which were pretty simple. Then I got invited to do a recorded interview, the questions were off putting at first but mostly just usual interview questions with lots of examples.

First stage included a phone interview with HR, asked basics of why I would like to join the company and what skills/values I have that would make me a good addition to the project team. Followed by face to face interview with my manager and a fellow project manager as well as a tour of the site.
