Questions about the background, skillset, interests and a quick logic assesment. I guess it’s the standard interviewing method for IT. They were always very nice, attentive and professional. It would be nice to know for what job specifically i am applying for

Te agendan una videollamada, agregan a un asistente de ia para supuestamente hacer un resume de la entrevista.las preguntas que te realizan no son relevantes con el puesto, parecen mas de índole personal, como si buscarán informacion especifica. La verdad preferí terminar la llamada.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
